The Title Deeds for the land you buy will be registered (to whom so ever you chose) at the UK Land Registry by our Conveyance department at the regular fee of £50.

So that documents can be ready for your arrival please tell us the following prior to travelling.
1) Forenames and surname to go onto the Transfer Form TR1 or TP1.
2) Address to be put on the Deeds / Land Certificate / Transfer Form.

Buying via Bank transfer:

2) Telephone 01403-262523 and say you have done a CHAPS or AFTS into our account.
3) State the forenames and surname to go unto the Transfer Form TP1 or TR1.
4) State the address the Deeds / Land Certificate / Transfer Form is to be made out to.
Instant Deeds in the Form of Land Registry TP1 or TR1 complete with Form SDLT Submission Receipt and Form AP1 to the Land Registry are supplied by us instantly to CHAPS, AFTS, CASH, CARD or On-Line buyers or we can send them to the Land Registry on your behalf. These Forms are supplied ten days later to buyers who pay by CHEQUE or BANKERS DRAFT and subject to the speed the buyer completes and returns the first set of documents.
Buying with CHEQUE or DRAFT to us in the post. (The slow way – takes about a week)

- State in your letter your forenames and surname to go on the Transfer Form TP1 or TR1.
- State in your letter your address the Deeds / Land Certificate / Transfer Form is to be made out to.
- Upon cheque/draft clearance (10 days)
We will by return of post send you the Transfer Form, Inland Revenue Stamp Tax Form for you to sign and have witnessed and return back to us in the Stamped Addressed Envelope provided.
Once all of the documents have been processed we will submit them to The Land Registry on your behalf and also send your cheque of £50 to the appropriate Land Registry department for you.
